[Dxbase] Help with import from DXB 5.0

Wow, it's been over a decade since that software was supported.  In any 
case, my memory is probably not up to snuff on this anymore but here goes:

1.  You must have DXB50 installed and working on the machine.
2.  From the dxb50 directory, run the import.bat program.  This will start 
the btrieve database manager, and then execute the import program.
3.  Once running, the import program will display a menu of choices.... 
select the Export to ADIF choice.
4.  Follow the prompts.
5.  The QSO database will then be exported to a .adi file.
6.  Close DXB50 import program.
7.  Run the DXbase 2007 non dxb import program.
8.  Select the .adi file as the source that was previously created.
9.  Follow the prompts.
