[Dxbase] Correction: Cannot Initialize & Resulting Error Message Received From DXBase

DXBase gang,

I am trying to help a friend fix his DXBase that has suddenly produced a
problem.  He cannot Initialize his database.  DXBase tells him NO RECORDS
FOUND when he tries to initialize it.  And DXBase will not let him create a
NEW Database.

Can someone help me or tell me what to do to help my friend.
