This was posted a few days ago:
Using Windows XP. I have updatet my DXbase 2007 from v. 1.07 to 1.09. Everything seems to work fine except for a problem to shut it down. When attempt to close down DXbase the following message appear: "Encountered an improper agrument".
The only way I am able to shut down my computer when DXbase 2007 is running is to shut down Windows first and then allow DXbase to close. When starting up again I need to Initiate tabels as the program was not closed down properly.
Can anyone out there help me out.

I may have missed it, but I did not see any replies. I just upgraded to 2007 and have exactly the same problem using XP. I tried both versions 1.08 and 1.09 and have the same problem with both. DXBase 2006, which I have been using for years, is running fine on the same computer.
I closed down all resident programs except my Avira antivirus program.
Any ideas?
