[Dxbase] prefixes

There's been some discussion about DXbase's ability to recognize prefixes
and properly slot them, without having to manually map an unusual one.
While I've run across some prefixes that DXbase doesn't know, I'm pretty
amazed at the program's ability to resolve most of the strange ones I find.


This evening I worked UM20Y and had absolutely no idea where he was.
DXbase mapped it to UJ.  After searching for more info on the internet I
discovered that is exactly right and that this is a special operation until
Sept. 10.  

So, DXbase was right on the money!!  Just another reason I love it.
