[Dxbase] No Experience, Not sure if I want to get any.

The only thing you need to do is make sure there isn't a file called
DXB2007.ini in your Windows directory. If you do, the current version of the
beta says "Okay, its configured" and uses it. If the ini file points to the
old installation directory, it will start using files from there.
If you have this happen, just rename the DXB2007.ini to something else, and
DXBase 109 will build a proper ini file and life will be sweet.
Thats the only known thing you need to do with this Beta installer.

PS: remember you might get an error message the first time the DXInfo window
opens because it is correcting a bug where the first column of that grid
wasn't saved in the WID file properly. This will only happen the first time
you run it and quit normally.
