Well I got it all running but heres the deal.. I was also having issues with DxBase actually using 2 directories? When the new version was fired up it was using files from the old version that was in the c:\programfiles\scientific solutions\dxbase 2007 directory? I knew this because i tried to rename the directory and no dice.
I installed it there when I first got win7 up and running so the new version installed in c:\DxBase2007 .
I had to edit my windows dxb2007ini file and remove everything that pointed to the old directory then i was able to rename the old directory and confirm everything was A ok.
Then I just started autolotw and it came right up with the proper paths and worked fine.
Interesting but it seems to be all god now

Just checked my own autolotw with ver 1.09 and when I changed the info about where
the mdb file was located at -- no problems here ...

Be sure that you are typing in the correct info ..
