[Dxbase] New Countries and How do I?

  absolutely, there is no need to rush
in fact I think I read that DXCC will not even accept qsls till the 
years over.
Plenty of time to get everying working smoothly.

You know what you worked and will get credit for.
I'm happy knowing what I got....already 3 new once for band/modes that 
nobody ever worked from those places.
so I'm ahead and it hasn't even started yet. LOL
