Thanks Neal.  I think it is better to wait and make sure the updater is
correct instead of guessing early!

Soon as the prefixes are formalized I will be sending the link to an Updater
program. This program will also update your database to include the callsign
exceptions and prefix exceptions tracked by the Clublog.org site which is
the best reference for these that I know of.

If you do not do this update, you will miss out on a very nice update.
