[Dxbase] LOTW Upload Continuing - II

I just examined my certificate and it has a QSO start date of 1987-01-01
which was when I was licensed more or less. It has a QSO end date of
2009-12-25. I have no idea where this date came from. It should be the
expiration date of my license or somewhere in infiniti, right? Would
this be the reason I am unable to upload logs since 2009-12-25? Is
there a way to change this date or do I have to request a new
certificate? I'm hoping THIS is the problem.
Thanks for your patience.
