[Dxbase] Windows 7 (64) and DXBase backup

In Win7, I there is a setting that can turn off updating the Date Modified
settings for files. I think it might even be turned off by default. If you
want to check it (and turn it back on), go to www.thewindows.club and look
for their Ultimate Windows Tweaker application. It will have a bunch of
settings you can change and I would recommend not changing anything but look
for that setting and change it so it does record the modified date
attribute.
