[Dxbase] Windows 7 (64) and DXBase backup

I am using a batch file that I wrote when using Windows XP and am having
problems - I think.  The batch file was updated for Windows 7 directory
structure and it appears to be working as expected, however, I have found
that the "Date Modified" in the DXBase 2007 folder is not changing as the
files are modified which allows the batch file to ignore these files during
backup.  I'm pretty certain the files are being updated as time goes on
since the log entries is staying current.  Has anyone else noticed this and
(hopefully) is there a fix for it?
