[Dxbase] Fixed DXbase 2007 Help in Win 7 (Was:Re: DXB2007 Time display)

Thanks!  That "Fixed It" (pun intended).

Why Microsoft didn't package this as one program in the first place is 
beyond me.  Another demonstration of how PCs will never fulfill their 
promise.

It simply shouldn't be this complicated.

ps. As further to the above, as I tried to send this the first time, I 
got a "failed to find the server" error.  If and when you receive this, 
I will have been through some more aggravation.
