[Dxbase] DXbase Stats are incorrect

I am running WIndows XP - 

Been running Dxbase2007 for years

When I look at the Summary Window I see contacts are not showing up for 160m (and other bands) and when I run the HF Numerics Statistics for Countries I see that I have good stats for the number of countries worked/confirmed.

Somehow the confirmed/worked are out of synch on the Summary Window.

I am not sure what has happened.   If I click on a specific prefix I do not see the confirm in the Summary Window with a  X  in the box for the country worked for 160.

I have tried the Utility to repair but not luck  is there a fix ??

I can take the files to a backup computer with DXbase2007 and all is well..  Somehow the program is corrupt 

Is there a simple solution or should I reload DXbase2007 from your sight and start over
