[Dxbase] AutoLOTW no longer working

Hi all,

 

Some bad news for anybody who, like me, came to rely on Joe WA6AXE's
"AutoLOTW" application to update their LoTW records.

Today the ARRL lauched their new website, and in doing so (at least for
now), the direct-link URL to LoTW no longer works. Since Joe's unfortunate
departure from the land of DX Base, this now means we have to go back to the
old way of updating LoTW manually, at least for the time being. I've written
the League and let them know about the problem, but I'm guessing it's not
something they're going to be willing to fix.
