[Dxbase] Hosts file disappeared

Hi Ken

If you are running Vista or Win7, you will notice that the installer does
not install the Hosts fie in the right location
(c:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\) because it is protected by the operating
system from programmatic tampering. If you look in the folder that DXBase is
installed in, you will find the Hosts file. Copy it and paste it in
C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\ and all will be fine.
