[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 and ve7cc cluster software

I have tried it both with and without the :7300 added, and still no dice. As
I recall, I had the 7300 added on in the prior installation. I also just
tried it with my firewall completely turned off and it is still no go.

Did you set the IP address or 127.0.0.1 or 127.0.0.1:7300 ?

IP address needs to be set to 127.0.0.1  and then set to port to 7300.
