[Dxbase] VHF Packet Users?

I suspect that when things get bad enough that "they" take the intenet down I'll not be working
much DX. I'll have more pressing things going on.

As far as continuing VHF support, I haven't used VHF packet for years but I wonder how eliminating
support would affect the Dxbase users in countries outside the US.
