[Dxbase] K1EL Winkeyer USB

I added a K1EL Winkeyer USB to my station. In stand alone mode it keys
radio one or two fine. 

With DXbase 2007 I can't get it to change between radios. The "Use Radio 2"
icon up or down does not matter.

Does anyone know how to get it to switch between radios?
