Go to-->Tools/Selection Wizard-->click "Mixed Mode" and "Mixed Band". Click
"QSO filters" and select "QSO date >" your previous submission date. Click
OK.
Go to-->Output/Awards/DXCC.
In the window, check all the awards you think you want to submit for. Check
"QSO Log" and "Cards only". Check "Exclude past submissions". Click
"Compute". When the spinning stops, click "Worksheet" and review it before
doing the above again, then click "QSO form" and "Front sheet" for
submission to ARRL or field checker. You can set the Award field to
Credited, but if the DXCC forms come back with any denied submissions,
uncheck the "Award" field for that QSO.
It takes a few iterations. Good luck!

Subject: [Dxbase] DXCC Submission Confusion
This must be simple but in all the time I've used DXBase, I've never done
it...
I have done a pretty good job of recording when I get old fashioned
QSL cards in DXBase, but ever since my first submission, I've never
submitted more paper cards. I see now that I've worked 240 and have
confirmation in hand for 195. But, most of those are paper (my LoTW
confirmations are pretty much up to date). It's time and now I want
to find those QSOs for which I have cards, but that have not been
submitted to DXCC for credit. LoTW stuff is straightforward, but in
all these years I've never done this before.
This has got to be a regular activity and I'm embarrassed that I have
to ask, but I can't seem to find the proper steps. What are they (DXBase
2007)?
