[Dxbase] DXCC Submission Confusion

This must be simple but in all the time I've used DXBase, I've never done it...

I have done a pretty good job of recording when I get old fashioned 
QSL cards in DXBase, but ever since my first submission, I've never 
submitted more paper cards. I see now that I've worked 240 and have 
confirmation in hand for 195. But, most of those are paper (my LoTW 
confirmations are pretty much up to date). It's time and now I want 
to find those QSOs for which I have cards, but that have not been 
submitted to DXCC for credit. LoTW stuff is straightforward, but in 
all these years I've never done this before.

This has got to be a regular activity and I'm embarrassed that I have 
to ask, but I can't seem to find the proper steps. What are they (DXBase 2007)?
