[Dxbase] Win 7 & DXBase Generated CW

[AE5B]

I have used the internal keyer of DXB successfully under all three of those
versions of Windows.  Using XP, DXB2006, and LPT port now. If I recall, we had
to edit the Registery in version of DXB a few years ago.
