[Dxbase] Previous QSO toolbar stuck

Well, the double click doesn't do anything and as for deleting the
dxbase.ini, I might try that IF
I could only find it. It is not in the windows folder where you normally
find it.
Do you know where it is located in Windows 7 64 bit? I assume it would be
the same as Vista 64bit.
I have searched the registry and the hard drive and no sign of dxbase.ini.
I assume there MUST be a dxbase.ini file somewhere no matter what the OS is,
is this true?

sometimes double click on what there is of a top bar will maximize the
window, then you can resize and position as needed.
otherwise delete the ???dxbase.ini file??, and start over, but everything
will be started over (not the best choice)
