[Dxbase] Previous QSO toolbar stuck

I have been installing DXBase on a new operating system (Windows 7 64bit)
and I undocked the 

previous QSO toolbar and somehow got the title bar of the toolbar up above
the top of my screen

and I can't get a hold of it with the cursor to pull it back down and dock
it where I want. I have tried

all I know ( hiding the toolbar and un-hiding it, closing the program and
reopening it, minimizing the

program and restoring it to full size) but NOTHING moves the Previous QSO
toolbar. Any help greatly

appreciated.
