[Dxbase] Windows 7 64 bit setup

I have switch to Windows 7 64bit and can't get dxbase to register.

I have applied the KD4K.reg file and it says the data was entered into the
registry but when I run

DXBase it is not registered.

 

Also I can't find where to put my old "dxbase.ini" file.

 

Can someone that has setup DXBase on Windows 7  or Vista 64 bit tell me how
to make the register

file work and where the dxbase.ini file goes.
