Thanks for the info. Yes, I finally found it on the thumb drive I carefully
copied it to and then forgot about! Anyway, I just installed dxb2007 on a
different machine and tested the .reg file to be sure everything was working
together, which it was. So, I join Joe in staying a DxBase user as long as
possible.

Nope, the .p12 file is a Logbook of the world file.
Your DXbase registration file will be W4AG.reg and it actually came to you
in a zip file
W4AG.zip so you need to keep looking.

Check to see if you have a file named yourcall.p12.
I have been trying to figure this out. That might be it. I actually have 2
of those files backed up for both my calls. Also, the main database file
named yourcall.mdb is just a Microsoft Access file and can be accessed
directly by Access. One more thing, I have a copy of the install file for
both Dxbase 2002 and Dxbase 2007 if anyone gets in a bind.
