[Dxbase] DxBase and lost windows..

Well i finally figured out what happened here and no idea how i did it and no idea how to fix it except since im using vista i just opened the program as an administrator and i have all the windows now.. Opening it the regular way I have one huge transmit tool bar window that i cant do a damn thing with.. I can minimize it to the tool bar but all that does is minimize the whole program as there are no more + - boxes to check when its full screen ? I can un check the box in the views tab and get the other windows back but then i have no transmit tool bar ? When its maximized it cant be made smaller by dragging with my mouse either ... After catching a bat in the house on monday im starting to think this place is Haunted :)..... I know how to fix it . I can reload the program but for now ill just run it in administrator mode and not worry about it.. Maybe in the mean time someone will chime in with an answer to what the heck I did :) and how to fix it :)...
