In Setup, under Log Defaults, un-check the Populate QSL Sent Date on Label Save
That is how I have mine set up (unchecked). I print the labels the
day I mail off the cards, so my sent date is always accurate that
way. If I DO print the labels before, I just say no when asked to
mark them sent, and I don't empty them from the queue. I just
simulate a print job the day they're to be mailed off and say yes
when asked if I want to mark them as sent.
