[Dxbase] QSL Send Date

I've noticed that the SENT column is always filled in with whatever date you
choose to add a QSO to the QSL Label database.  This is not the date you
mailed the QSL card and in some cases not even the date the QSL card is
printed.

When you print the cards it asks if you want to fill in the QSL sent and
usually we say yes, but it should put that day's date, not the date you
chose to print the card.  Can this be changed?
