[Dxbase] Dxbase] Dxbase and vista

George, VISTA telnet is not turned on when VISTA is
installed.

To check, go to the START Menu and click on RUN.
This will bring up a DOS mini window.

Then type  telenet dxspots.com

You will either get the login prompt or an error msg.
