[Dxbase] ADIF Import issue

Have a weird issue to report that needs to be addressed or a workaround that does not involve using that Vintage Access97 :)
 
I am a contester and this past CQWW SSB I operated M/2.  Each computer (using WriteLog) logged the operator call signs.  When the
ADIF file was created and imported to DXB it properly brought over everything INCLUDING the call of the operator.
 
Here's the issue
 
Normal label printing for QSL cards do not find the records as the Callsign is not mine.  When I look at the database record for the
QSL cards I see the Callsign used so when I try that (eq VE3XD) Jack's security code says it's an Unauthorized Callsign.  OK so I
try a * which I believe is a wild card... still the cards in Group 1 queue ready for printing are not found.
 
Any idea on A - how to stop the Operator Callsign from being imported and why the cards queued for printing are not accessible??
