[Dxbase] version differences

One way to deal with this would be for Jack to develop a program which 
would allow you to export/import from refdata.mdb the various tables in 
a format that could be readily edited with notepad.  If this were done 
the changes could be posted as files for all to use.  Yes it would be 
extra work....for Jack.
