[Dxbase] winkey, microhamKEYER and cw

This is one of those funny things....
If DXBase CW was enabled using the microhamKEYER WinKey cw generator, then you could only
adjust the speed via the speed icons in DXB.
The pot on the microhamKEYER (and I think the WinKey also) were disabled.
For a cw op...that's not convenient.

Today, after researching WinKey, microhamKEYER, and talking to others a fix has been
discovered by Joe Subich, of microham.

If you set the Speed to zero.
WPM setting
10 Min
49 Max
0 Speed
255 Port range

The Winkey 'locks' the speed to what's in the Speed box.
But if it's set to zero, it's like it 'reset' it self at each use.

As long as you do NOT click on one of the speed icons, it will use whatever speed the
actual winkey pot is set to.

As most of my operation is contest and dxing, I adjust the pot constantly, to match the
speed of the station or the speed of the station just worked.
I use a numeric keypad with the microhamKEYER and it's winkey implementation to send
preprogrammed messages.
The speed pot is just above the paddle and the keypad.

I'm assuming, not sure though, that this workaround will also work with an actual WinKey
unit with it's own speedpot.

Like to hear from anyone using that combo.
