[Dxbase] Need an expert on former Yugoslavia republics/regions

To all:

I need to exchange emails with someone who is very knowledgable
on all of the former Yugoslavia regions ...

I currently have info that says Pre-1993 era as having
Region - Prefix:

Serbia      YU1
Croatia     YU2
Slovenia    YU3
Bosnia-Hercegovina  YU4
Macedonia   YU5
Montenegro  YU6
Vojvodina   YU7
Kosovo      YU8

Does anyone have info that is different??
