[Dxbase] K1EL WinKey Assistance

[Jim, K8FT]

Do I have to cut the trace between X & Y on the WinKey board for it to be
controlled by DXBase? Winkey tests OK with WinTest and DXBase recognizes the
device but I can't get it to send. User error I'm sure but I'm stumped at
this point.
