I think you can do that now...at least I can
On the alerts option page
choose
Not Confirmed or Not worked

and then below
Individual Mode and Band

For me...it only transfers spots that I'm still awaiting a qso or qsl for a particular 
band/mode.

I have Audible Alerts enabled on the Internet page but usually have the speaker icon 
disabled as I have enough noise in the shack....
I just watch the DX Info window.
