[Dxbase] credited or no

I use a slightly different rationale in marking the DXCC box in the Award
column. After I've prepared the report and reviewed it for obvious errors,
I run it again with the same parameters, but this time tell DXbase to check
the Award field for me as though it has been credited. That keeps me from
reselecting these records in the interim while awaiting the ARRL's decision
if the submissions are valid or not. When I get the report back from the
DXCC desk I can then go into DXbase and clear the check box for those
submissions that were rejected. At the same time, if I'm sure the card will
never be accepted on future submissions, I then go to the Valid field and
uncheck the band and/or mode box . This prevents submitting a rejected card
again unless I really want to do that. Different strokes for different
folks. We won't get into how "different" Bill is!
