[Dxbase] Summary window and DX Info window not updating

Tony,

Be sure the QSL Info window is not closed ( minimize it if you don't want to 
see it.)  Check the user options tabs for Internet and Alerts.  Be sure you 
didn't change to DX key... it should be DX de.
