[Dxbase] SSTV operators - and updated report for you

To All DXbase SSTV oprs:

I have updated the   DXCC_award_tracking.rpt   REPORT
to include   SSTV   as an individual MODE selection.

Presently, for DXCC purposes, SSTV is included in the
PHONE category and MIXED.. But, nothing of an individual
category for SSTV.  With this update that I made to my
DXCC_award_tracking.rpt   REPORT,  the SSTV opr  will be
able to see (if you select SSTV) the SSTV QSOs "only" -
and the report stats for the SSTV Mode.
