[Dxbase] Worked All States (WAS) - 3 reports are now ready to download

The 3 reports that I made for "via LoTW only" for
the Worked All States (WAS) is now ready to download.

The 3 reports are:

Mixed - WASviaLoTWonly.rpt
Band(s) - WASBandviaLoTWonly.rpt
Mode(s) - WASModeviaLoTWonly.rpt


The ZIP file that you will be downloading contains ALL
of the above 3 reports -- PLUS -- a TXT file that contains
the needed words (3 lines of wording) for the 3 reports
to be edited into your  Rptdesc.ini  file.
