[Dxbase] Counties

Previously in DXbase 2005 when a particular state was entered, then after the first few letters of a county was being typed, (either in upper or lower case)  the county would jump to a completed county.
Now in DXbase 2006 if you try to type the county name in lower case, the county name will not be entered.  It must be typed in upper case, plus the complete county name must be typed, or you must go to the drop down and make a selection.
Is this the way it should operate.
Is there anyway I can go into the 2005 directory and move the previous procedure into 2006.
