[Dxbase] Alaska 'counties' confusion

     If you want to see where some of this confusion comes from take a look
at the website below.  Yes - I'm aware that they actually use Boroughs not
counties.  My son lives in Anchorage.  This was the reference I made on the
'27 counties' thing and probably is a good source for the errors.
