what I do to ensure a specific callsign, or date time qso to be selected:
I put a special code into the Special1 field when I receive the qsl

for example:
dxcc card I received no will be  C05-2 or L05-2 meaning C=card 05=year -2=second 
submission of the year, L=LoTW.
In the Award Calculation screen, put that code into the 'Only QSO's Special 1 field'
