[Dxbase] DXbase Award Module

How do I synchronize the Call selected by DXbase with the Call I submitted 
to the RSGB IOTA Checkpoint?
For example, DXbase selects D68BW for AF007, I submitted my D69C card. Even 
though I removed D68BW from the IOTA Award column and then checked D68C in 
the IOTA award column, DXbase still selects D68BW. I have many more 
instances that I need to change.
Any guidance/suggestions would be gratefully received.
