[Dxbase] Spots Window Question

I just had a simular problem but not the same.
1. Under TOOLS - OPTIONS - ALERTS What box is checked under GLOBAL QSL FILTER ?
2.  Under TOOLS - OPTIONS - ALERTS What box is checked under GLOBAL CATEGORY FILTER ?
Checking the proper boxes is the trick.  I think the NOT WORKED box needs to be checked and I trhink but can be wrong about this, but maybe Individual Mode and Band should also be checked.  See if this works.

Some of you guys out there know more about this than I do, so please step in and correct me on this cause I may be wrong.
