[Dxbase] 60 meters

The problem is that 60 meters takes up a valuable column even when hidden.
This is a DX logging program and 6 meters is a DX band - 60 meters isn't due
to the massive restrictions placed on it.  All you have to do is make a
60MTRS.mdb file and log to that.
