[Dxbase] Hosts File

As I understand it DxBase uses the hosts file to determine the internet clusters.  If this is the case then if I were to edit the hosts file, rearrange some of the nodes, shouldn't they appear that way when I go into User Options?

For example, I usually have the N5IN cluster up, but it seems to have died earlier this afternoon so I now have DX Central up.  I went into the hosts file and move DX Central so that it was next to the N5IN node so that I wouldn't have to hunt all over for it.  The problem is that the listing under User Options did not change.  Why not?

P.S. Anybody have a clue where the N5IN cluster went to and when it might return?
