Peter, assuming you have LoTW credits at ARRL, just check the box to award
all available LoTW QSL's for QSO's not confirmed by the cards in your
submission. Once they eventually credit the LoTW Q's, you can see exactly
which contact was used by going onto the "Awards" page on the LoTW site and
checking your own award matrix. All awards are shown by callsign and are
indicated as card or LoTW. I don't know whether you can choose which LoTW
QSO gets selected if there are multiples.
