[Dxbase] K1EL's WinKey

The K1EL speed pot now works. I had forgotten to install a shorting wire (a
0 ohm resistor). Setting the speed to 0, I can get the pot to work, and the
minimum speed setting works OK (as long as I turn off Farnsworth), but the
upper speed isn't working. The actual limit is greater than the speed I
specify. Anyone else have that working OK?

I can't get the speed pot of my new K1EL WinKey to work with DXbase. I have
it connected with three wires and have the POTRANGE set to 255. I can vary
the speed from DXbase but not using the pot. I have tried setting the
speed in the DXbase CW parameter screen to 0, thinking that might enable the
pot but no luck. I'll check my wiring.

I'm using it with a PROII. Any other parameter tips will be appreciated.
