[Dxbase] Moving the individual Windows.

I have two monitors hooked up to the computer I use for DXBase and wonder if there is a way or setting that allows me to move
a window (ie the logbook) to the other monitor? As of now I can move a window all over the primary screen but when trying to move to
the second screen I can only go half off the primary screen and nothing shows on the secondary screen...
