[DXBase] How to get the FT-1000MP in correct AFSK-mode

I believe most of us are using the AFSK-input and soundcard for the =
digital modes. Setting P-RTTY =3D 10 and using RTTY at appropriate =
places in the bandplan, will set up the radio to PKT (packet) instead of =
RTTY for all digital modes..
